 В последнем абзаце мы снова высказываем свое мнение, но другими словами( более общими).

All in all , I think that although sth can be (expensive, annoying, time-consuming…)  (or may present several potential drawbacks ), it is worth it. It gives you (confidence \pleasure\ self-reliance Or With the help of sth people can … reach\ get\ gain experience of .......(.though some may not/ would not agree (with me)).

All in all, although a dress code  can be annoying sometimes, it is worth it. School uniforms can help students learn that frugality, plainness and neatness are much more worthy than fashion( though some may not/ would not agree (with me))
