В третьем , абзаце мы говорим о том, что существует иная точка зрения, приводим обоснование, почему некоторые люди считают по другому .

On the other hand, some people think that sth can be uncomfortable(boring\ harmful\ annoying …) as (причина)…. In addition, they claim that sth is (даем вторую отрицательную сторону и причину, почему существует такое мнение)

On the other hand, some people think that wearing uniforms has some drawbacks.They claim that children need to feel comfortable in order to maximize learning, and that uniforms can therefore deter academic success. In addition, they believe that dress codes  hinder free thinking and teach kids to conform.  Making kids wear uniforms encourages them to follow the crowd and not to think for themselves
