 Во втором абзаце мы  высказываем свое мнение,  даем ему поддержку  и объясняем, почему мы так думаем.

It seems to me that uniforms help students to focus on their studies rather than on their fashion dilemmas.There is too much competition over clothing in "schools today. Kids should focus on their schoolwork, rather than on appearances.Secondly, uniforms "level the playing field" among students from different economic backgrounds.Those who cannot afford name brand clothes are often sensitive about their clothing. School uniforms help ease tensions.
